Hit and Ghost<\/strong>: In an innocuous business parking lot, someone fancied a game of bumper cars\u2014only they forgot the cardinal rule: stick around afterward. The deputy did some sleuthing, sketching down the tale of the phantom driver.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
